Terry Shannon Consultant Clinical Psychologist, B.A. (Hons) Psychology, M.Sc. Clinical Psychology, M.Sc. Occupational Psychology, Chartered Clinical Psychologist, Chartered Occupational Psychologist, A.F.B.Ps.S. Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society Terry is a professionally qualified Chartered Occupational and Chartered Clinical Psychologist. An HR and OD specialist with expertise in organisation design/development & culture change he has a track record of helping achieve pragmatic and cost-effective business solutions. Beginning his professional career as a clinical psychologist within the NHS, he then moved into management consultancy where he gained experience in applying psychology to assessment and development issues. He combined his management consultancy career with a university appointment as senior lecturer in organisational behaviour before joining a major financial services organisation where he was responsible for teams supporting large-scale change both during and after two corporate mergers. Terry continues to combine clinical work with organisational consultancy on issues ranging from how to link strategy to culture change through to assessment and selection activities, team development and various types of organisational diagnosis. |
