Sandra Crewe Sandra has over 20 years experience of working in sales and marketing for small, medium and large enterprises across a variety of industry sectors including FMCG; and telecomms. An affinity marketing specialist, her work now centres on one to one coaching and corporate social responsibility which has involved leading and developing CSR Policy and Strategy with a particular focus on Community Investment. Sandra is an expert in the co-construction of facilitative relationships. Qualified as a Master NLP Practitioner and with a passion for Gestalt, she draws upon the principle that people make the best choices available to them given the possibilities and the capabilities that they perceive available to them from their model of the world. By accessing their model of the world Sandra is able to decipher at what level of thinking a decision of change has to be made so that it is sustainable over time. |
