Carol Daniels MSc. A leadership development consultant, executive coach and group facilitator whose clients include senior management teams of Barclaycard Consumer Finance and Barclaycard Business, ABRO (a MOD organization), IMI Vision; she has worked with NATS and Mercer HR Consulting to develop their group facilitation capability. An Equality and Diversity practitioner she has developed the capability of the E&D trainers in the Metropolitan Police Service and researched, designed and delivered the MPS gender conference in 2006 Carol qualified as MSc in Change Management at the University of Surrey, has a diploma in Action Research, and is currently embarked on a PhD researching post-heroic leadership in organizations at the University of Bath. |
